How to sell on Walmart Marketplace (WORTH IT?!)

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is a direct competitor to Amazon FBA because it offers all the same benefits. You ship your products into a Walmart Fulfillment Center, Walmart stores your products, and Walmart will deliver your products whenever a customer purchases on their website.

I recently sent in my inventory into WFS and I do not have high expectations, but it does not hurt to try.

I would like to share my experienced: I applied yesterday to sell on Walmart and I received this today.
Thank you for your interest in Walmart Marketplace.

Upon further review of your business information, we have determined that ME does not meet Walmart Marketplace requirements at this time.

Please note, while there is no option to appeal this decision, we are continuously looking for ways to grow and better serve eCommerce sellers. Should something change in the future, we’ll reach out and invite you to join our platform.


I guess that part in this video when Eman mentioned that Walmart will let you knwo what you are missing, it did not happend to me.
I have the LLC, business website, business name and whatever they required.

Great video, like always. I have a question: I am already selling on Amazon FBA. Checking today on Walmart website, I put my brand name (I have it Trademark), and two of my products are already on Walmart (been selling from someone else) and actually with my brand name, tittle and pictures as I have it on Amazon. Any idea on what should I do since I am already thinking on start selling also in Walmart? Do you think that they can affect me when applying to sell on Walmart? Thank you.

That’s good info, I was wondering about the run 4 you program and doing research now. Im only starting in Amazon, doing a Done For You program with Just One Dime. (I have a business I’m working full time but looking at retirement income for the future). I’m thinking it’s good to get in early with Walmart but there will be kinks to work out as they go, which can cost/lose money. Sounds like they fixed the Fulfillment by Walmart barrier sellers we’re running into a year ago. But not sure if I’ll dive in yet or give it some more time. Sellers aren’t raving about it yet and that means something - it’s not making them enough money. But I’m pretty sure Walmart intends to give Amazon a run for their money and will have to make 3rd party sellers profitable if they are serious. That competition should be good for the 3rd party sellers.

Thank you for talking about Walmart and let’s see what happens. So say you see a product or niche that is selling a lot or has a lot of presence in Walmart, Etsy, Pinterest, etc but in Amazon it’s the opposite as far as sellers and presence but it’s still selling a lot, in your opinion what criteria would it need to meet in order tackle it in Amazon and dominate that market? I know long it’s question this time lol do you think you could do a video giving your thoughts? Thanks as always!
