My Mom has been making sausage balls for years. Family gets upset if she doesn't. I've taken on the tradition and this inspires me to add some heat this year. Great videos!

Kent my good friend & Christian brother, great recipe, for folks that don't know there is a recipe for these on the outside of the box of bisquick. In place of jalapenos, we use Tennessee pride hot sausage, even tho i'm from rural Ky. We had them last week at deer camp, delicious, & can't beat Wisconsin butter & cheese. God bless you, Shannon, our vets, subs/ viewers, & the pups. Have a happy thanksgiving you all. Amen

I use an old ice cream scoop to keep the portions even. The scoop with the wiper works great.

Oh man! I grew up with my mom making sausage balls for family gatherings and holidays. Those were her "go to" when it came to bringing a dish. I loved them then and still do! I can't wait to try yours out...
