I usually use the calm packets but today sprouts didn’t have any but trace was next to calm so I grabbed the effervescent tablets to see if I will like the product 😊plus my body is sore from working out and my cycle is starting 😂

Did you used to be called Equinox? Back in the late 90s early 2000s is a company called Equinox That I Used To get my liquid minerals through and it was fantastic and I can't find them anymore I'm just wondering if maybe you are that company just changed your name

I'm taking 4ml of ionic liquid magnesium per day. I take it straight. I'll tell right Maaan!!!! That stuff is N A S T I take a few sips of water right afterwards just to wash of the bad taste.
