Peach Tree bleeding on truck and arms

My 5 year old peach tree is bleeding at the truck and arms, Please tell me how to fix or should I remove before it spreads

That is from a peach tree borer. Not easy to get rid of, but there are videos online about killing the borers, spraying to kill the larvae at certain times in the season (before they get into the bark).
