Okay so for the last one, The youngest was dead and her body was supported by a stand behind her and the rest four children were alive. I did some research and found out that around 1861 during the epidemics it was common for the family to pose with the dead family member for a photograph also it was common to have 6-7 children and that they die before they even turn 5.
