I wish you could at least discard clothing, items or properties.

To summarize, you cannot sell properties but you can trade them in.
You will not be able to sell anything under the "Services" tab.

I took money out of my bank account so I wouldn’t have enough to buy it so it let me trade in my old apartment, I got one big house, 1 small house in Paleto bay, and a cheap 6 car garage in the city

I traded my expensive Arcade for the cheapest one and the game said that I will save 1.1 million. But after trading I didn’t get any money off trading besides my 75K were deducted too and now I am stuck with the cheapest one. Please Help.
