GTA 5 Sell Apartment: Learn How To Sell Your House In GTA 5 Online By Trading It With Other Properties!

This video shows you how to sell your house, garage, penthouse or apartment in GTA 5 Online by trading in with another property.

A trick that I personally do is that I buy a super cheap house or garage near my businesses (coke, meth or whatever) and select the spawn location there and find a new session. This way I can easily teleport near my business if I want to refill the stock or sell it.

To sell your house you have to buy the cheapest one so you still spend money but you save the amount your house you wanna sell costs
