Worst customer service ever. I’ve been customer for years, now that i need to buy a replacement for my load cell they took my money and my order is not even processed after days and days of waiting. Fanatec is now a NO GO.

I've been rooting for Fanatec to come out of this mess for a long time, but I now understand why people are so upset. I had a problem with my McLaren GT3 V2 wheel under warranty (the shifters have a lot of play in them and sometimes they miss shifts), almost 2 months to get a response for the ticket and what did Fanatec say?! "Send it in and we'll tell how much it costs to fix..." I've asked them how is that a reasonable response for a warranty issue, it's a product defect, why would I have to pay for it to get fixed???!!!... No more answers fom them since. As a long time customer, this breaks my heart, such a cool and great company completely lost. I've given up on them, the best thing that ever happened to sim racing was Fanatec's innovative mentality, but it has definitely become on of the daskest thing in the community.

When will you guys give more information about the bankruptcy situation and potential buy out? How worried should your customers be about Fanatec ceasing to exist? Basically we want to know if we A) need to worry EVER about support on the current products we own and B) If we should be worried about buying anything from the current line up? I know on the outside you guys are projecting this idea of "Everything is fine and business as usual, " but I feel like you should be a bit more transparent on what is going on. I want to buy more of your products, but right now I just don't feel comfortable doing so because of the bankruptcy situation.

It would be nice if your team would actually respond to my email . It has been 20 days since I submitted my support ticket for my DD2. I would like to send it in for repair and fix my issue

Have you guys ever thought about expanding your line-up w/ wheels outside the traditional racing space, like other companies recently did?
e.g. a trucking or a farming wheel etc
Maybe even similar to the BMW cooperation, a license built wheel with a big Scandinavian or German truck or farming equipment company
