Few years before, for the april fools, a minion could show a mastery 7 when you die. It seems it was all a foreshadowing, all of this!

I believe this was probably caused by a recent change to Neeko. Neeko's optimal jungle clear is to start with her W leveled and farm the first buff as a melee minion, however you had to make sure you switch back to Neeko before you killed the buff because if you didn't, you wouldn't be able to get the buff and it would disappear.

Riot changed it so that Neeko can get buffs this way even if she's still a minion... funny feeling about why this is happening

This all happens because of hextech chests being brought back. Riot now doesn't generate enough money to pay ppl for fixing bugs.

thats how the buff describes it works.. the buff is transfered to the killer of the holder..

I honestly think this is a great sign. They must have cleaned up and organized the code by a lot, to the point that minions turrets and champs are under the same class. Feels like they are cooking something crazy

When riot code is so spagethi, only thing they can do is putting tomato on top of it with updates
