Thanks for your enlightenment. My keyboard has no switch button and I press all keys but doesn't switch on. I connected the dongle to my smart tv. Only my mouse is working with the tv. The keyboard didn't switch on at all

Hi I bought a Kensington pro fit set keyboard on Best Buy, but when I plug the batteries in, a red light pops and then it just disappears and the keyboard never works, however the mouses works fine, what can I do?

my mouse works but the keyboard isn't working, they came as a pair with the receiver for the mouse in the keyboard. I've changed the batteries and keyboard is still not turning on. Apart from the keys on the board there are no external off or on buttons, I am so confused.
