😮G'day Brad, another interesting video. Why can't you repair the shocks in-house, a safety reason, to stop tampering for a performance advantage or just more endless rules, even for a fairly simple gusset?

What is completely obvious in this series is that the cars really belong to V8stupid cars and and you pay them exorbitant amounts of money to really rent them. If a customer ever came into my Engineering shop for a an Engineering certificate of compliance built out of the thin material that these cars are built from I'd say to him go and get your money back from whoever built this . Your cars are over engineered to return the series owners maximum profit . Minimum road car chassis wall thickness is 3mm Minimum.
