Peter could have easily kicked Rufio out of the lost boys but he didn’t… instead he bowed to him like he was saying “thanks for being in charge while I was away!”

Even my mother said it back in 1991: the critics were dead@$$ *wrong* about this one. It's magic.

The John Williams score in this scene makes it iconic. I don't care what anyone says, this movie is a masterpiece.

This scene always makes me cry. For me its like even if you get old, there’s always a kid inside you waiting again to play

It's really crazy how magical a movie like this can be to a young child. Now as an adult, I see a movie, a film with actors and special effects, but I also remember a time in my life when this movie was magic made real. Everything here was real to me. I felt the pain of an old man who had forgotten his past, and the wonder and potential of a new fantastical future. It may not be the most well produced, well acted, well made film out there, but its heart is what makes this movie stand out. It really had something to say and express, and that's all it really needs in my opinion. Will always remember this film and the profound impact it had on me as a child

I like how while everybody is celebrating, the one kid at the end is like “this is my time to ride Rufio’s skate coaster!”

My favorite role of Robin Williams - the crowing and dancing at the end always gives me the chills

I love how Rufio, once knowing he was actually Peter Pan, immediately gave up the sword. It really showed how much ALL of the lost boys really respected Peter. There were no competitions (except playing games) among them on who is leader. They knew Pan was always, and will always be, the leader of the Lost Boys. So good.

Missing Robin Williams so much each time I see this scene... what an actor he was... that's not remembering childhood, he was able to bring you in a dream place with his acting and make you live a brand new childhood, every time... R.I.P. Robin

One of John Williams' best scores. Makes me want to grab my Dad's hand if we were ever in trouble and say "We got this Dad!"

It’s on everyone to never forget their inner child. It starts with never taking on debt, choosing a career that you LOVE, and regularly taking time to play and be creative.

Watching this movie on thanksgiving and Christmas as kid back in the early 1990s. Pure magic!
