Got the Harbor Freight box in blue after spending the weekend figuring out which one I wanted. My local Wal Mart had one in yellow - a Donut media branded one, with a price to match at $38. . . Turns out it's just a re-badged Kobalt box. So down the mini toolbox rabbit hole I went. 😂 Love the HF one as I use it to hold my model kit building tools and supplies. Small box for small tools; and at $19, it's f'ng perfect.

Wife grabbed me one for my birthday this weekend, straight to the bench for holding all the little bits and parts I use for my guns. It’s nice and the perfect size for all small and oddball things we collect over time.

Only negative I saw from HarborFreight box was that the drawers didn’t come out as much as the kobalt box

Yeah! US General has created an outstanding mini tool box. I bought a black one over the weekend to keep on the desk to hold a bunch of EDC items. I’ll probably buy another one on Black Friday! 😎👍🏻

I have it in blue and I saw the Cobalt one after I bought it at Lowe's and when I picked up the box I realized the US general was much thicker steel it's definitely a lot heavier and better quality made

Just bought the black US General fro
HF. It is currently sitting on my desk and holding all of my coffee supplies. Lol

I tried buying the US general from HF. Sold out at all the local stores. Bought 2 Clutch tool boxes. Ok but, (and who would have thought it???) The Harbor freight is a much better tool box. Yay for HF!!

Got my Kobalt at Lowes's for $ 12.98 in lavender yesterday. Love it!

If buy a blue one and put them all by your flag they won't look out of place.

Could be a sweet electronics tool box. Loaded out with precision screwdrivers and pliers. Looks like a soldering iron would fit in there too.

I use mine at work. I keep extra pens, markers, machanics screw drivers and phone charger and cable. Keeps my desk clear since there are no drawers.

If they came in all the Skittles colors you would have to camp out at store to get favorite one. Put me down for a green one.

Went to buy one on three different days after being told by a different story each day. Now I don't even care and questioning if Harbor Freight is where my money should be spent. Have been lied to on three or four occasions by the store employees. Tools may be good, but the workers suck.

Just listen to the difference. Yes, US General isn't necessarily the TOL manufacturer, but it even sounds more robust, more solid than the Kobalt.

I got the kobalt in blue & i got it sitting on my dresser & i turned the top part, into a faraday box. Me & my girl, put our car keys & key fobs in it.
