Early voting is in September. So, after the Olympics comes the Democratics Convention comes early voting comes rigorous, vicious campaigning on both sides comes the big guns campaigners (the Obamas, the Clintons, elite entertainers and the former never Trump GOPers) for Kamala Harris. I'm wondering how can I balance all these political activities while keeping my excitement suppressed for college and professional football which is about to start in just a little over a month? Helping to get out the vote will be my most salient priority, though. Democracy has certainly become first as I personally know the stakes are too high not to be directly involved in even a small way.

I was a former Republican who voted on social issues at the time. I can tell you that many of them hated me as a black man, especially when I challenged them on their hate. They truly think people of color should keep their mouths shut about racism and unequal treatment, and not pursue any leadership positions atop of the GOP or any white organization. I also learned this during my fellowship with the Mormon Church in the early 1980s. That sums up the entire Republican Party. Nikky Haley, Tim Scott, Marco Rubio and the likes of them will never be accepted in a VP or presidential leadership position in the GOP.

May God bless Kamala Harris with wisdom, knowledge and physical stamina to guide America for the next four years; He has equipped her with the ability to be positioned to inherit such enormous responsibilities at such a time we are in. It's no fluke that so many women are in powerful leadership positions in America today. Women are equally qualified and possess the absolute maturity (many exceeding their toughest male counterparts) to lead America; therefore, I give Kamala Harris my strongest endorsement!
