My mother danced for almost 30 years and has two bachelors in dance (teaching and like anatomy - something PT sciencey based. I have no idea). She only recently started it back up again about a year ago after 15 years of not. And even when she wasnt dancing. The number of times id walk in on her doin some weird dance stretch or with her feet bent in half while sitting in her chair or laying on the ground is just too many to count. But she has amazing reflexes, doesnt have a whole lot of problems, and has the best posture ive ever seen. So. I mean. Good for her honestly. My hunchback lookin ass could never
