Rich bean soup.
All ingredients are taken "by eye"
2.5 liters of broth (I have broth from turkey wings).
3 potatoes.
1-1.5 cups of beans,
1 onion,
1 small carrot
tomato paste - 2 tbsp. or tomato juice - 400 ml. (in my case)
Spices to taste
Boil the beans in the broth until tender (it is best to soak the beans overnight and cook them together with the broth). Once the beans are cooked, add the potatoes.
At this time, make a vegetable fry.
Lightly fry the onion, add grated carrots, then tomato or tomato paste. Let the vegetables stew a little.
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add the vegetable fry, bay leaf, pepper.
At the end, add the chopped meat from the broth.
Pour into plates and sprinkle with herbs.
