I remember buying my ticket to the Leather Terror Tour and seeing that there would be an opening act, I did not recognize the name and I figured it would just be some local band picked out of a hat that had no relation or power musically to the high caliber that Brut was sure to reign down. I even considered showing up late to the show to avoid any chance of the experience being tainted by some random armature garbage (this was in portland oregon). I showed up on time anyway. I will never forget my surprise when i was in line for a drink in the next room and I heard as well as felt the energy thunder over the venue as this mysterious opener began. I immediately ditched the drink line and ran up some steps straight to the main room, I reached the top of the steps and rounded the corner that opened up to the view of the stage where i was met with the brutal force called SIERRA. It can not be explained the amount of sheer electric/kinetic energy that one person and a few digital instruments on an otherwise empty stage can actually conduct, but this was immense and raw and beautiful. I remember very sparse vocals in the act, but that was fine, the music felt complete and perfect as it was. But now I see this video and again I am feeling charged by that surprise and with that electricity. These vocal melodies are flawless to my ears and sung beautifully. I love SIERRAs voice! My excitement for this artists future is a freight train that builds momentum with every release. Please return to Portland SIERRA, I need that growing thunder to engulf my city once more
