Today is the launch of the RTX 3060 Ti graphics cards from NVIDIA and we have 3 of them tested with a whole host of benchmarks in a variety of resolutions. This is the ULTIMATE RTX 3060 Ti Showdown with ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI, but who will win and how will they compare against older generation cards too?

Why the Asus TUF is the best out of them all: in FPS the Tuf is the worst but only by a 1-3fps margin. But in Power it uses much less Watt, is much more quieter and is also the cheapest of them all and has amazing value.

Results for the Gigabyte card in the graphs say 'Gaming OC'. But according to the box at the start of the video you had the 'Gaming OC Pro'. These are two different cards. The Pro has a slightly higher boost.

Hey so you are reviewing the Gigabyte Gaming OC Pro, not the Gaming OC. I can tell you are reviewing this card because the Gaming OC comes with one 8 pin power connector and a boost clock of 1740.

I first went with the Gigabyte Vision card but it was somewhat buggy, I went thru BIOS updates for my board, different driver versions for it. NO JOY, Returned it. Picked up a STRIX 3060ti & perfect out the box

I have the gigabyte oc non pro and it at least has 230w max whereas reference has 220w and some crummy versions of the 3060ti even have 200w limits
That’s a stark difference and a hell of a mistake to make. You have the OC Pro if it has an eight pin and a six pin connector. Also the OC non-pro version does not have a bio switch. The OC pro version has a I think 250 or 270 W power draw versus the non-prose 230 wise. That’s a lotta performance difference and that’s a lot of money difference. Also when you just say oh they all have three fans each one has different types of fan and the gigabyte actually has smaller fans in the other two. These little details make a huge difference and you possibly could’ve steered people the wrong direction thinking they were getting some thing that they weren’t.

I wonder how the power/thermals/noise comparison would look like if all of them were locked to the same clock speed. Kinda hard to know which cooler is better if they all have different amounts of factory OC

11/17/21 just paid 900$ for a Tuf 3060 Ti.
The shortage continues and it was literally the only card I could find. Far from my first choice but shortages are real.

Very informative video indeed, and we finally have stocks of both Gigabyte cards (Gaming/OC and Eagle/OC) available for purchase and at a lower price than a RTX2080 super over here. So i guess it's finally time for my RX580 to rest on it''s laurels, or go make somebody else happy.
