Only 3% of cases in Ontario are going to trial. That number is extremely alarming. You cant be convicted for a crime if you dont go to trial... 97% of cases brought are what, dropped? Craziness.

The police know is a inside job, those work on port of transportation. Why the police doesn't do it anything to stop those cars to go over seas. This is not a hard to figure out.
