The food is ridiculous priced. Starting growing my own foods a few years ago. Have a few acres and live a very simple life. The simplest life can be very rewarding. I only sold one property and it had an HOA. The others are all paid for with no HOA. I keep one property that I rent for free to whoever for one year and then they have to move for the next family. I vet everyone that moves in and make sure it's someone or a family that truly needs the help. I typically let people fighting cancer or other major health issues live there because I'm a double primary cancer survivor.

I grew up with grandparents from the depression who consistently kept almost 12 months food storage after that and it definitely echoed in how my parents mimicked the same food storage..

I live in Canada and am noticing the rising prices, especially gasoline and food. Some products, like steak, costs $45.00 per steak. Small cans of salmon are two for $10.00. These prices are almost double from last year.

Hi, Dan good info. I’m a LTL Truck driver in up state NY. Shortage of drivers is only going to get worse. It’s very simple why. Also I deliver train parts to the train yards. They laid off train workers last year and most are not coming back. Troubles there also. Good to hear from you again. As a truck driver I try to stay ahead with info I hear in the system. Last year I stocked up I Jan. And Feb. before the rush happen. I’m now deep in coffee, sugar, corn, flour, and other products last last. If people are watching and not doing the same. My Son in Law is having to declare Bankruptcy due to nonpayment of Rent by a Tenant for over 11 months . The Rent Moratorium extension did him in . Really Bad times are ahead for Landlords .

A bank in the UK called nat west have just closed accounts , we have an ombudsmen here to that looks fowl play, The ombudsmen took the side of the people, Nat West have to pay back up to £500 for each person who was closed down , there is a God you know. :))

I listened to you I Allegedly and haven't opened any new credit account and all my balances are at a 5% utilization ratio's just to keep my accounts active and I pay them off in full 10 days before the next statement. Because of your videos 5 months ago stating that we should start saving cash on hand and be prepared for the next inflation rates coming. I'm currently waiting for my car title to be mailed to me. I feel so relieved that I don't have to worry about that car note any longer and refuse to purchase another t this time. My car can last me another couple of years because I have always kept it well-maintenance. Thank you I Allegedly, for helping me get prepared before this next phase in America's financial drama. Banking problems, never bank with big commercial banks(they always screw you with fees and fines), always go with credit unions or small local bank.
