Nothing will ever beat Bon Iver's Holocene but I applaud Passenger for creating such an incredible cover of a song that is very difficult to change/cover.

A song about points in time where you realize you're part of something much bigger, we really are just dust on the wind. Reminds me of being a child at my grandparents house the quietness of the rooms and the smell of old books, the sense of excitement i would get from exploring the nooks and crannies of an old house, my own little world.

Mike has given us his own rendition of a song that is clearly beloved by many of you. He has his own singing style just like Bon Iver himself, or any other artist out there, and yet many of you seem to forget that types of music are different for a reason: we are all different. If you don't like the style of music Mike sings (or this particular song) that's cool, I totally get that, but what's not cool is making people feel like they must defend something they love without reason, or that they are inferior because they like a certain kind of music. Negative comments which cannot be built upon only serve to create unnecessary tension. Please let others listen to the music they love without making them feel bad about it. You are not superior for liking older or more respected musicians. Love of music should be a mutual understanding.

There are so many people who think that Passenger's voice is annoying, I can't understand that. When I listen to his music I feel so calm and warm. His voice is so pure and his songs are really beautiful. I could listen his music all day. But ofcourse, that's just my opinion :). Love you Mike!

Wow... This cover is just so incredibly beautiful. So much emotions. I just can't stop listening to it. Bon Iver & Passenger are both wonderful artists. It makes me want to travel around the world and cry for hours at the same time.
