I hope everyone follows these guides so i can control the mining and blacksmith market.

When I played originally I did enchanting with skinning and converted my skinning over to JC.
Some absolute chad guildie gave me all his trash gems to level up.
Many thanks to Jan of Finland if he's out there.

Going with jc/alchemy on my resto shaman early on. JC goes without saying, alchemy early on because I'm already alchemist and I want that tasty trinket for p1-2. As a healer I prefer a consistent solid output over burst healing unless there are lots of fights that require burst healing every minute that would benefit haste gloves. Once the trinket goes obsolete its time for blacksmithing for consistent haste.

Worth noting that the hyperspeed accelerators will incur a 10second cooldown on your trinkets when used. Casters may want to consider BiS trinkets before going engi

Do you have a guide for best gold making professions for alts? Gathering professions? Any professions with cooldowns? Professions that don’t require raiding to get mats or recipes?

I had an idea for a video for you. When you can stop leveling tbc professions in prep for wotlk. Example stop tailoring at 350 in tbc since you can make bolts of frostweave at 350 in wotlk. Do this for all professions.

I recommend having both a gatherer and the most useful crafter profession for your class. ALWAYS. The profession bonus are minimal and probably you won't notice them in your day to day raids or arenas, most of this mechanics are vastly overcomed by player skill, I've beated countless engi/jc min-max pvp players with my herbalist/inscriptor rogue, because poor performance and mistakes they committed and their frustration was inmense just because in the end of the day they need millions of gold to keep that min-maxed char (because they can't gather materials themselves or they have to log on another farming char and they can't do rdf or farm rep while gathering for example, which amenizes the tediousness a ton) while if I lose I'm usually OK because I have tons of gold and I can do other activities with the same char for improving slowly while having fun. In general, I do not recommend this kind of min-maxing experience to anybody but the most bored and hardcore players that just want to go on a final rampage before leaving wow forever. Because the experience is so stressful for so little and niche benefits that for me It's just not worth it, it turns wow into a job and that's NOT fun. Just my opinion as a veteran player (since original BC in 2009). No matter what you do there will be always someone better AND worse than you, and believe me you don't wanna be the 1st one if you want to have fun on this game. Cheers!

I like the guide but it seems like it would be beneficial gold wise to do something else due to the apparent over saturation of jewel crafting there will be

As disc I’m keeping tailoring/enchanting. Since I already have max level enchanting, it doesn’t seem worth it to switch for just 2 sp. Also with the number of people going jc, enchanting should be more needed in guilds and on servers so can help you make money from offering services and be more useful to my guild.

Scotte: What class do you plan on playing?
Me: Well I was actually thinking about playi—
Scotte: JC/Engineering ought to sort you out, mate.

With enchanting not really being the absolute best for any class...
What class & spec alt would you recommend it on and it still being a good 3rd choice/runner up?

Yes please, everyone go JC and tank the gem prices through the floor and make the rest of our lives cheaper :D

Does enchanting rings still give a good buff? Seems like enchanting just isnt as good as eng? I was going to go Enchant/JC

Staying with my rogue moving into wrath and plan on keeping my skinning + LW. With limited gold and time to play I do enjoy farming my own mats and crafting items. Will I really be at that much of a disadvantage?
