I love Weird Al. I met him in person and he was so nice and calm after performing like a three or four hour show. He was outside his tour bus taking pictures and signing autographs. One of the coolest moments ever!!

I've seen him in concert twice, and met him once when he was in pigeon forge TN for the 2nd concert, he had to be the nicest person i've ever met. Had time for every fan that came up, had a look of just being happy to be doing what he is doing.

When I was a humor writer for Shoebox Cards (A tiny little division of Hallmark) I got to meet Weird Al. I ran into him in Union Station which is a stone's throw from our headquarters. I offered to bring him over to Hallmark to meet the other writers, but he said he needed to get back to his hotel and get ready for his performance that night. I asked if I could walk with him back to his hotel and he said yes. I got to talk to him for about 10 to 15 minutes. The whole time I was with him I was cognizant of the fact that I was in the presence of a musical genius. When we got to his hotel, the last thing he said to me was "I love Shoebox Cards". It's a memory I'll always treasure!
