We own a 2018 Nissan Armada and love it. Previously we owned two Yukon XLs, and two Yukons. We chose the rear bench seat because our kids usually have a friend or two with them. The split bench seat also reclines on either side. The ride is smooth and comfortable. After seeing this '21 model, we made need to get a new one. Thanks for the review, JD.

The new Armada is genuinely rugged and luxurious off-roader. Great job, Nissan!

Personally, I love all the physical controls. Knobs and buttons are just better for many functions.

We just got this one, the safety features sold it to us! However, definitely a nice luxurious ride.

"No Good Deed Goes Unpunished." That's the First thing I thought of. Looked good to me. Good job. Thanks.

We switched from a Ford F-150 to a Nissan Titan and we have been really pleased. Not sure the Armada is in my budget though.

I've been towing a 27ft travel trailer loaded to about 6.5k lbs with my Armada for the last year and can confirm, it tows very well. I use a weight-distribution hitch, but I don't apply it until after the Armada's air suspension completes its own auto-levling after the tongue weight is applied. A very capable and classy vehicle.

Not entirely sure but I think the reason the second row seats aren’t ventilated is because the ducting would be tricky with how those seats flip up for third row access

I have a 2013 Armada and it is a towing beast. The air suspension is awesome for leveling the vehicle when connected to a trailer. I'm not sure why you said you would not tow much more than 5, 000 lb. It can handle way more than that. I prefer an SUV for towing my travel trailer for the locked and enclosed storage...not to mention the rear independent suspension which makes for a way better ride than a truck.

Great honest review. I owned two Nissan Titan which is the same frame. Buying the armada next week.

Ive had a 2008 Armada for 6+ years and we have loved it. We pulled our 33' 5500lb travel trailer with it and it did pretty well. Ended up getting an F250 for the camper though, just too long of a trailer for the Armada. BUT we love it and could definitely own another one someday! Nice video!

I have a 2020 armada and towing a Springdale mini 1760bh with gvwr of around 4500 and unloaded tinge weight of 650# I am at the limit of the payload with our family of 5. It tows really well with our huskey center line weight distribution hitch. The independent rear suspension is a little bit different feel to get use to when towing, than towing with a truck with a solid rear axle. But towing in the west Texas wind it performs adequately given the conditions and the type of vehicle.

JD I’d love it if you’d do a comparison of the top Full size SUVs. Dodge, Ford, gmc, Chevy, Toyota and Nissan. Or whatever else you can think of.

For me, Captains Chairs. Decent looking SUV. Would not go with brown. Would like a lighter interior color. If I wasn't a brand snob I would definitely consider getting one of these. For that price point one could easily step into a used upper model Mercedes SUV with maybe more bells and whistles. But then you would have to consider maintenance and repair costs. Tough call.

I have a 2015 Armada (before the body style change) and love it. Wish it had the intergraded brake controller though. ha ha

Armada has always been a nice suv, seats and ride are very confortable, now nissan has made the armada the best large suv imo, i have a tahoe and have had a armada, armada is better and would change back to nissan.

If one was in the market and looking at full size suvs, this one would top my list far and above a Tahoe or expedition Etc. Like that the humidity controls separate from the screen, hate when they intergrate them .
