Planet Earth 2 4K UHD Blu-Ray Review

In tonights video I review Planet Earth 2 on 4K UHD Blu-Ray. This is a 4K I have been looking forward to for quite some time and was really excited to pop in the disc and see the results. I go over the movie itself, the picture quality, and if it's worth the pickup.

This looked great on my regular 1080P tv so I can't even imagine 4k.

Told you this was a fantastic 4k blu ray, this is the way all 4k blu rays should be picture quality wise. Have already watched it 3 times, can't get enough. The BBC make awesome documentaries, they don't just throw them out there, they take time and patience to get the right shots. Best 4k out there by a long way.

i remember the first time i seen planet earth DVD on a HD projector at a friends house ...i immediately rand out and got it on blu ray and fell in love...grabbed life after that...didnt get blue planet cause its on netflix for free but it really got me into that type of stuff for a while i even started getting other similar type things about polar bears and lions and etc

Blue Planet II in 4K is completely out of this world. In BP II the BBC has produced something of extraordinary beauty. In parts many viewers were moved to tears, not by sadness, but because of becoming overcome by emotion at the wonder of it all.

I need to get this, I've been wanting a nature documentary on disc, and the Planet Earth series is among the best in my opinion. Agreed on the shots, absolutely amazing cinematography was put into this film.

I just got my 32nd Blu-ray 4K movie tonight ... definitely reference quality ...it only cost me $30 brand new best buy

Great 4k disc. The uk version is 4 discs 2 ultra hds and 2 blurays with the full series in regular 1080p with the video diaries on the end of each episode. The usa just has the 3 discs regular bluray has only the video diaries.

This is indeed the best AR. You made me buy this. I love it and I'm not even into nature. Im gonna watch power rangers when it arrives today. I know it will be great. I look for the picture quality and planet earth and sully are by far the best 4k movies. NATIVE 4K MOVIES. NO 2K. 4K AND UP!!! thanks AR!!
