Do you have an employee or an entrepreneur mindset? In this video, I'm going to tackle some of the differences between how these two groups of people tackle problems, and direct their ability to earn.

Famous entrepreneurs like Elon Musk, Robert Kiyosaki, and many others all seem to have something that ties their way of thinking together. Sure, they may not have the kind of job security and regular paycheck that an employee enjoys, but for people like them (and me), there seems to be something bigger and more profound that drives them.

I'm going to go over some benefits of being an entrepreneur, and the things that in my experience that separates employees, from entrepreneurs.

Have you used any of these strategies in your own life?

The only difficult part is finding friends with a similar mindset who can help you grow instead of employee friends who drag you down. It's like a weight pulling me down. Anyway I might meet someone later, I'll manage till then.

ive always had the "i will do my own thing" mindset, even tho all my surroundings sold me that the only option was a 9-5. I remember being 13 and writing poems about being so frustrated of this school-work-family-retire shit

Its not only about 'switching your mindset". Many people need actual healing, because we carry a lot of trauma.
Its an energy stuck in your body. It messes with your mind. You should start with energy healing modalities

Last year I started my own digital marketing agency as side business, and recently I quit my full-time job that was really affecting my mental health and my potential. I see so many similarities, and I'm so happy I found your channels Sorelle! I'm a rebel at heart, have never been happy as an employee. I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset but as an employee, and that has made me stuck in stagnant situations, feeling like I'm wasting my time and my life for a boss who does not appreciate any of the contributions I make. I'm so happy Im now a full-time entrepreneur, in charge of my life, my purpose, my time. Being able to enjoy the fruit that comes out of my hard work because I'm not working for myself and can see the results of the work I'm putting in.

The only challenge is finding friends and circles that share the entrepreneurial mindset, so we can learn from each other and grow together. That's why I'm trying to join as many groups so I can network with similar awesome business owners!

I'm in this exact situation right now. Looking to make the switch, but I've always been an employee, all my family are employees, friends are employees, etc. So thank you so much for this.

This is a really valuable discussion. I’ve been an employee for 20 years and then retrained whilst still working and set up a business dropping my employed role down to part time hours. The hardest part of my journey so far (aside from trying to get the business off the ground to actually leave my job) is the toxic crabs in a bucket attitude of colleagues. They for the most part do not value nor support the free thinking or leadership qualities that come from being an entrepreneur. 3 days a week I feel myself getting pulled back into the toxic swap and then spend my non employee time trying to recover and get back on track. I’ve done this for 4 years now and cannot continue the toxic cycle. I see the vision of what I want as an entrepreneur and the value I can offer the world but just can’t seem to get there. Answers on a postcard.

The micro-managing and not trusting in my abilities is what makes me break bond with this whole employer-employee structure. I'm glad to have found your channel Sorelle! :)

I definitely have an entrepreneur's mindset and, as you told, my desire for freedom is so huge that I can't even explain. But my problem is that I'm struggling finding my unique niche, I need to explore more and dig more, sure I'm gonna figuring that out! Then I want to thank you for the big big big values that are you giving to us 🙏🙏🙏

You hit the nail on the head when you said some people are wired to be entrepreneurs from the very beginning but just don’t have the guidance to put their foot on the beginning of the path.
I’m trying to figure out things on my own and through listening to people like you because after years of working for someone else, I know I definitely want this path and it’s closer to who I am.
Thanks for making this video and keep at it! Your delivery is lovely and your smile’s contagious 😁

You and I have the same views when it comes to wanting freedom rather than stability. I don't have a business at the moment and I'm still currently working the 9-5 to provide for my family and trying to get myself of debt (A bad move which I willingly entered into out of my arrogance/ego, thinking that I could pay it off fast. Until I found myself without a job and struggled to pay it). Whether entrepreneurship is for me or not, i cannot say at the moment since I have not yet started my business as of yet. At the moment, i'm trying to learn from you and other like minded people. I'm so glad I found your channel.

Well, Im from Colombia and my family is not rich, actually we are just below the middle class. Im 25 and I graduated from Fine Arts two years ago. Its been almost impossibe to me to find a job bc almost everything here works with corruption. I have a very polluted mind, i've been inmerse in this system of lies my whole life, but now, Im connecting with self love, self knowledge, with God, with my spirituality and I've been praying for abundance in my life and all of the sudden I found this channel! I found you, and I feel that finally I did click, im in the best moment of my life, Im switching my perspective to a really wide open mind and now Im so thankful with all the lessons that I have been through before I get to this point. I choose you to be my role model because I totally trust in a Capricorn jaja, fun fact, that was the first thing that I search about you jajaja, you are awesome and I can feel all the love that you put in your project, all the energy, all the effort and is genuine. Thank you for share your knowledge, I trust on you, and now Im in this boat, I feel scared but I also want to pursue freedom. I definitely don't want to think as an employee for other people with a low consciousness, Im the best employee of my own life.

I want to know how is to work with your partner, with the love of your life, how is it? It would be amazing if you two make a video talking about how is to work hard and still be friends and lovers.

Thank you Sorelle! ♥

I wish I had a role model like this when I was younger.. I always felt so lost, not knowing what to do, because no jobs that I tried getting in to felt right, and I was so scared of spending the rest of my life hating my job >w>;

I had the switch go off exactly how you described. I was a happy partner in a corporation until I saw how corporations treat people, how the human aspect is irrelevant. I quit and started a new career and it's been scary for sure but so freeing. I would NEVER go back to working for someone else! You channel is immensely helpful because I don't know any entrepreneurs to learn from and as most doctors, I don't have a good understanding of finance. ❤️

I have been trying to articulate these exact thoughts to family and friends lately and I essentially just end up yelling excitedly and crying simultaneously because I haven't had the words to describe how I feel. It's truly a feeling in my gut that I can't verbalize, and now you've given me the language to express it. Thank you!
