"Happy wake up day". Yeah, this pretty much confirms that our main cast will wake up from a deep sleep only to find out something has gone terribly wrong with the secrets/clues revolving around what happened to Cassiopeia during the travel. Now the fact that the sign was setup implies that the disaster must have occurred when the ship was almost close to it's destination and the crew that were awake would organize a celebration for the people that are asleep. This does make me wonder what kind of prologue we would get, it will likely be when the alien infiltrates the ship and things go downhill, but from which point of view of the crew we will get?
