Nice overview Paul 👍 One more option is to use a 'Super Quiet' no compressor air tank! Obviously, you need another compressor or a gas station near by 😁 I use a spare 5 gallon air tank with a regulator and water filter that I pressurize off my large 20 gallon shop compressor in my garage. When pressured up to 100 psi, I can easily paint a car before having to pressurize the tank again. The only drawback is going out to the garage to refill it, lol 😆

Thanks for the informative video. I have a air compressor already so hopefully the one you are giving away will go to someone who really needs it. 👍👍😊

Great video with a ton of good information. Although I could use a home compressor, I think that one would be a bit loud for my neighbors since I live in a apartment. I always look forward to your next video.

Compressor
One thing you forgot to mention about the tank-less compressor, unless they have changed and I'm not aware of it, they use a diaphragm to pump out the air. I have an old tank-less/diaphragm compressor so I know this for certain. Because of this diaphragm action they tend to spurt out the air in supposedly a rapid fashion. But because of this "spurting" the air is uneven and the paint can spurt out in blobs (so to speak). You'll get an uneven finish and possibly bubble in areas where the paint spattered. Great video and thank you for the info. I'm hoping to get one of the pancake type compressors later this year.

Hey Paul
Thank you for sharing this info your videos are very informative!! I myself are still using spray cans ( “spray bomb”) would love to get into airbrushes but it seems very intimidating between mixing and right paint to use, but keep the up the great work looking forward to your next video!!! “Compressor”

"COMPRESSOR"
This could be the push I need to start and restore some of my childhood Matchboxes.
Good luck on hitting the magic 1, 000 subscribers, maybe in the next few days?

Cheers for now,
Dougie.

"Compressor " wow I sure could use this. I'm wanting to start air brushing myself, but I'm still alitte intimidated by it. Seems alitte harder than using spray cans. Thanks for the information. Take care and stay safe.

Great information Brother!

The Sil Air is actually a "COMPRESSOR" type from a fridge. LOL I've built compressors from them before a nd we use to have a compressor that was a 289 V8 Engine.
