1 part glycerin
3 parts water (filtered, rosewater, or orange blossom water)

I do this with witch hazel, less gylcerin and water . I have dry skin i can bake my entire face with a face puff!! And this spray will even it out giving me a skin finish that last all day long. I spray alot tho and then sit in-front of a fan so my face dries fast
