Pre-Calculus: Section 8.1 (Sequences and Series)

Students will learn what a sequence is as well as be introduced to arithmetic and geometric sequences. Students will learn the difference between an explicit sequence and a recursive sequence. Students will be learn what factorial means and what summation notation is. Students will end with looking at compound interest.
