I’m hearing crunching sounds almost every other night when I’m sleep. And the doc says my bruxism will fully damage my teeth by the time I’m 60. Idk what to do…..I do have anger and stress problems but I make sure to put all of that away before I sleep.

Its not exactly what I'm doing. I hear clenching and other sounds while moving my jaw. Every different movement causes a different sound and if I don't make those sounds Im constantly thinking that I should for no reason and I can't study or focus on anything basically because of it. I also have wolf biting (when I bite the skin of my fingers). I have to crack my fingers too. If I don't do that I keep thinking about it. But if someone else does it it's annoying. I do all these things both subconsciously and not subconstously. I'm experiencing a lot of stress but I don't think that if the stress would go away my weird behaviour would also vanish. Idk why my mind tells me to do these things but it's an unwanted, constant thought that I need to do these ticks/you name it. I experienced tons of weird mindfucker mental disorders that didn't let me study and cause me an insane amount of pain. Now it's all physical outside my mind. Luckily it's painless. It's like when someone in your head always tells you to blink and breath manually and if you forget it they remind you. The reason why I suddenly started to care about cleaning my room is because my physical distractions causes the same suffering to my focus like a dirty, untidy room for someone obsessed with cleanness and tidiness. At least my environment should look bearable so in one aspect I'm not distracted from focusing. The closeness of something to yourself while studying the more annoying it is if the thing looks awful. The least important is the outside world and other rooms. Than your room --> your desk --> your booklet/text notes --> your mind/body. And I can't solve the last one.

My sister grinds her teeth every night and i can hear it. It’s so annoying. Probably because she’s really fat and can’t breath in her sleep properly and it’s just her way of her body crying for oxygen. lol
