Hi Veena, can you please make a video asap on how to apply the pole wrap? I just bought some! it just arrived today, it's a lot thicker than I expected and a lot heavier.. is it true that you are meant to use sticky tape to attach it at the top and the bottom? Would you say it's good to train handspring, Iron x and Ayesha and be able to hold an iguana steadily? I mainly got it to try and build my hand strength and my balance so that I can train without the pole wrap on it eventually, because I cannot grip no matter what!! I've been dancing for 11 years now and I still can't get these damn foundation moves because I literally can't grip!!!

Hey Veena, would you say that the wrap is a useful thing to have/use during winter? I mean to help with climbs and such.

I have a steel pole which is insanely difficult to use when the weather gets very cold. I'm going to try grip aids first, but I'm just genuinely curious about the wrap.
