The advantage with Python is that it's syntactically very clean and allows you to focus on the algorithm/logic, instead of getting distracted.

You just won my heart with this video .. I'm all in for hitting challenges and projects to learn something .. that's what helped me learn literally everything I know now .. I'm a college freshman so maybe my opinion won't be valued but I have written networking tools, desktop apps, websites, et cetera and that's how I learnt everything necessary to build those

I am all in for getting your hands dirty while learning and the coding community needs to understand the fact that the first book on a subject is written by someone who gave themselves a series of seemingly impossible projects and read random forums, articles, documentation and no matter how many times you thumb through the book, you will always be lesser of a coder than the one who did that to write the book ..
