Gege wasn’t trying to say he’s a playboy. Gojo is just unable to open up in regards to love and maintain such a relationship. One, because he’s not emotionally stable or available for that (has trust issues, bad experiences, barely any free time and what not), and two because his weakness would be exploited being highly targeted after all so he doesn’t want his supposed partner to get hurt because of him.

Actually no, i saw a post clarifying that it is poor translation, Gojo can't be in a relationship because he can't be sincere, he can't be vulnerable and honest with anyone, that doesn't mean he fcks everyone it means he can't have anyone being the *greatest of them all* is quite literally imposible, he can't trust anyone at the very least to that degree.

I see a lot of people are confused, so I’m going to explain this:

Gege explained in an interview that Gojo doesn’t have a partner because "he can’t stay faithful..." He means that as in to be sincere with someone and open up. Geto was the one person Gojo was open with and look how that turned out. Based on what Gege said, he basically has trust issues and on top of that, doesn’t quite understand how love works.

And this is my personal view as to why he doesn’t have a partner (repeat, this is MY PERSONAL VIEW), but being the strongest jujutsu sorcerers, that makes make him a target for enemies and having a partner will cause his to use his partner not only against him, but as bait.
