Points from Todays Hearing -

1. Lawyers are not upto the point. They seems to be more confused themselves.

2. Briefing was not done properly.

3. Admins have promised for Mukul sir but through out he didn't appeared.

4. Judge don't seems to be in much mood for giving Postponement, but lets see.

5. We still have time so lets hope for the best.

The lawyer must stress upon the point that the candidates who didn’t get any seat in the previous counselling which was till January don’t have enough time not even 2-3 moths which is NBE’s fault

Either NBE is concerned only about those who already booked seat via buying exam they r trying to delay decision to prevent chaos between willing and non willing pg aspirants

Lawyer shows speak only about 6 months wastage, then there will be chances .if you mention about recently eligible candidates and they want time to study, judges will say they got a chance to write they should be greatfull to that and matter will be dismissed.

Advocate must go through case again. More preparation is required.

And judge must give decision after listening to complete hearing .

Also judge can not give decision if hearing is incomplete . Similarly neet pg must not be taken if internship is incomplete.
