• Almost 8,000 doctors signed a petition seeking
NEET PG 2023 postponement
• The hearing took place in the afternoon session
• The court heard the arguments and understood the problems being faced by PG medical aspirants
• The counsel representing NMC was not present at the court today
• Therefore, the hearing has been adjourned for
February 15, 2023
• The court has been in favour of NEET PG aspirants in today's hearing
• Before passing an order on the issue, the court wanted to hear the NMC's option as well
• The High Court has directed NMC to present at the court on February 15 and delays are not acceptable
