Everything at J Crew can be purchased for 40-50% retail so the true retail price is much lower. Retail price meaning the price you can usually expect to pay rather than the list price that the shop specifies so they make you feel like you're getting a deal. And yes that means, you can probably get that suit at J Crew for $200 - $300 without looking too hard.

I just had a thought, Brian. The other thing I always notice is how men carry themselves. I love a man in a suit that sits with his legs crossed like Harry was - it just looks classy. I always notice things like that - posture, positioning, stance, facial expression, etc. That could be a great subject for a future video from you? Especially since you are a pro at this as proven in your photo shoots and YT videos. :-)

I don't think it was calculated. He wore that suit on many occasions way before he decided to leave the monarchy. I don't think the prince is quite bothered with fashion. It's not his thing to be quite honest. It's one of his favorite suit i guess. All the best to him and his family.

I was surprised he would wear a suit like that given what I assume is his vast wealth. But you’re right, it was likely a calculated move. There are other suits in that price range that are probably better but by less well-known brands, at least by the general public.

I thought so! I have the same suit and really like it. Admittedly, I got the suit for free from a TV pilot wardrobe cache (along with the same suit in a brighter blue). Maybe I'm just lucky, but it took minimal tailoring to fit me perfectly in the 40R JACKET size/32" pant. I have no complaints about the quality, but my objectivity may be colored by the 0$ price tag :)

Brian's comments aside, it was the best fitting OTR suit I have found yet. At least for my shape. I would be curious what other OTR suits, in a similar price point, would compare. Not something I expect would be covered on this channel, but it was certainly an interesting choice to see Harry wearing it.
