I think the most difficult customer I have had so far wanted to sell his house. This house had been in the market for quite some time. His hvac system was 27 years old with no refrigerant in the system and burned up wiring at the disconnect near the AC...He wasn't yelling at me per say at the pricing, but kept incenuating that I made so much money, much more than him. This kept going around and around. I knew what his pain was. He would not settle on repair or replacing the unit. as his yelling escalated towards the situation, not so much at me, I just decided to walk away from the job. I could not see the positive outcome of the call. either way. thanks for the video.
