How can they achieve so perfect lip sync? I use audio2face as well but I'm so far from such result :)
Also at 13:14 the bot is not glitching out; the interruption is because you talk in two times, so your second phrase interrupts his first answer.

definitely good lip sync, and realism. But They completely blew it on the choice of voice. It doesnt match the face and its way too podcasty sounding, but then again audio is a profession all on its own and most ppl get it wrong and cant hear the difference but they can sense something is way off. I honestly think this concept of a lifeless digital human for customer support isnt going to gain any transaction. It provides no value except a ton of uncanny valley.
