The DISC Profile or DISC assessment was first proposed by William Moulton Marston. The Idea behind this personality profile test is that each individual fall under one of four behavior types - DISC.

I like that the DISC is more about our behaviors and less about a personality. As a C, I think it can be very helpful to first know which DISC type you are then use this information when doing personality tests, like for enneagram, 16 personalitly traits, or any other personality test that you want to use.
