Why does the original DISC framework describe "I" as Influencer, rather than Inspiring? Are you just, ya know, freestylin?

Hmm.... or is it perhaps that the term "influencer" is too loaded nowadays, so you switched it to avoid the connotations that come with it? if so, that makes sense.
