This is such an important video!! So often we're taught in movies, music, media, etc. that love is just about having super intense feelings for someone. So sometimes people genuinely think they're in love and don't actually realize they're "pretending". Which just highlights why we need to learn what healthy love looks like!! I experienced the opposite of #1. My crush was only affectionate with me in private. He was the sweetest guy ever on our dates but when we were with our friends he barely acknowledged me. It was confusing at first but I soon realized that he was kinda just using me.

He didnt want anyone else to know we were going on dates so he could keep his options open in case someone 'better' came along. He often said things like 'that girl is so hot, if things were different i would totally date her' right in front of me. We've gone on a lot of dates now and Im trying to find the courage to tell him no the next time he asks me out.
Just a heads up in case other people fall into the same trap!

My ex an I broke up last week, and I’ve been going through it. And he seems like he moved on just fine and life is going on as normal for him. I’m constantly having panic attacks and cry myself to sleep, otw to work, etc. it’s shocking how this video listed everything he would do to a T. I’m always going to wonder why I wasn’t good enough to love, and why am I so disposable. We talked about moving in together, marriage, kids, etc. but the last few months he didn’t care to hang out with me, and acted like it was a chore..
