Braverman is one of the main reasons the Tories lost. She persistently played to the far right, promoted them and enabled them, and now they have gained from the conservatives in this election. She has been divisive and portrayed her party as being cruel and hateful and people didn't like that, hence her being called Cruella. She has helped in the defeat of her party. The worst thing the Tories could do is elect her as leader, it would be out of the frying pan and into the fire.

As nations slowly purge their leaders that had been somehow motivated by something other than their own people it will be of utmost importance for those replacing them to investigate what motivated them enough to neglect their way out of office. In the US and Canada they are finding out that many of those being removed are guilty of supporting foreign interference in their own government. Since it was announced a couple of months ago that Sunak became the richest man in the UK while in office that might be a good place to start investigating.
