And they’re everything I want—super crispy outside, tender inside, with a little spice to complement the natural sweetness. I have GOT to get me a mandolin 😂 trying to cut a sweet potato in small strips is so difficult with my kitchen knife! These did turn out incredible though. Definitely going to make these more often 😃👍

Tip: U can use any other starch if you don’t have Corn Starch

Can I use ordinary cooking oil? Some uses olive oil but it’s not available as of the moment
