Just a quick question mate, is it normal for there to be slight movement on the clutch disc splined hole where the tool goes into, I don’t mean rotational play but axial movement, thanks it’s a fiesta 1.25 07 plate, 🙏 thanks

tip: you can fit the tool and then manually rotate the friction plate against the pressure plate and see that its central

Can you this type of tool on any clutch or is it on certain clutch’s. I’m attempting to do the clutch on my 2014 relay this weekend.

Thanks, but be aware that it doesnt perfectly aligne itself, you have to double check that the 2 plates are centered.
