U have to take the white wire and unscrew it from the frame and tie it in with the white wire inside the terminal and put the green wire where the white wire was on frame

White ground wire will go with the Neutral wire on the terminal block and green ground on the cord goes to ground on the cabinet

Wait aside from the grounding wire, what is the white wire for?

so it's gone be two wires on the green cause there's a wire there already 🤔

I literally shorted out my whole apartment... i have a 4 prong dryer, trying to change it to a 3 prong
