I have a love/hate relationship with Contact Paper. When it works, there's nothing better, but when it doesn't cooperate, I want to scream from the top of my lungs. I think your project turned out very lovely and it is the perfect blend of feminine chic with a touch of glitz. Thanks for sharing! 💖

Well done, Mary. I, too, have a love/hate relationship with contact paper. It just never seems to go as planned. It can be super when it works, but it's mostly a disaster and I want to cry. Thanks for you tips. It really is a pretty contact paper. It's like when I did peel and stick wall paper. Managed to do the areas and it turned out fine. Good thing I wasn't wallpapering a whole wall. Thanks and take care.

Hi. That's a nice job you did there. My last encounter with sticky backed plastic didn't go as well as yours did.😂

Great job Mary. It looks great. I actually did the same thing with my desk. I went to the Dollar Tree and found some board wood grain vinyl and it turned out so nice. Changes the whole appearance of my desk area.... it was a dark tan before and now it is white and wood grainy dark brightens up my area so Thanks for sharing !!!

Whew, tough job and looks so great! I would absolutely ruin it and would never attempt it. Curious about calling it contact paper since it’s called wallpaper in the ad? Is it part of the Con-Tact brand or just seems similar like how we say kleenex even though it isn’t. 😂
P.S. I don’t wrap presents well either.
