3D Tsunami Effect Tutorial in Blender - Super EASY!

Показать описание
In order to make a tsunami you're gonna need to learn how to make liquid simulations
here are 10 tips for you
Resolution Matters: Higher resolution means more detail but longer simulation times. Find a balance based on your scene requirements.
Use a Good Mesh: A well-modeled and optimized mesh for your liquid object will result in better simulations. Avoid overly complex geometry if possible.
Surface Tension: Adjusting surface tension can greatly affect the behavior of your liquid, especially for smaller-scale simulations or viscous fluids.
Emitter Settings: Experiment with emitter settings like velocity, flow, and initial velocity to control how the liquid enters the scene and interacts with objects.
Domain Size: Properly set the domain size to encompass your scene adequately. Too small, and your liquid might overflow; too large, and you waste resources.
Collision Objects: Ensure collision objects have proper settings (e.g., friction, bounce) to interact realistically with the liquid.
Particle Systems: Combining fluid simulations with particle systems can add additional detail, such as bubbles or foam.
Use Cache: Always cache your simulations to disk once you're satisfied with the results. This saves time and allows for easier tweaking without recalculating everything.
Experiment with Viscosity: Adjusting viscosity can create effects ranging from thick fluids like honey to thin liquids like water.
Add Realism with Forces: Consider adding external forces like wind or turbulence to create more dynamic and realistic fluid motion.
