His parents laughed off the statement as one of those cute things kids say. As someone born and brought up in London, I was amazed that one day when I was 17 I acted on the urge to buy a ticket to Paris.
Arrived at the airport, I was able to navigate myself out of the airport speaking basic French. I walked around side streets of Paris with such ease. I knew exactly where I was going and I came up to a side street close to the Louvre and went to a Big Black street door of an old building. I found myself searching for a key. I was annoyed that I had no key. I felt overwhelmingly that I was home. I never learnt to speak French, neither had I ever been to France before let alone Paris. I recognised street names, Bridges and buildings.
After being at the street door, I had the overwhelming urge to see Sacre Coeur. I made the journey on foot with ease with no help or directions from anyone or a map or device.
As I walked up the steps to the Cathedral I knew I had been here before and amazingly I sat through a Latin Mass and felt I understood it all. I am not Catholic, neither can I speak or understand Latin.
When I left to go back to the Airport, I felt very sad to be leaving "home".
Had the experience there times on 3separate occasions to Paris. Each visit, was less "REAL" than the 1st. As I hit my 20s, I lost all those strong memories. Nearly 60 now, but it still amazes me.

I too believe the lad. My own grandson at 4 yrs old told of a very stange story.
We were on a bus travelling to a near town for shopping ( we had just recently moved to the area we lived in & had no real knowlege of its history)
While passing a small village he told me he used to live at the end of this street, i was taken by surprise but calmly asked him how that was. He pointed to a small terraced row of houses & said " I lived in that 2nd to last house, that one there" as we passed the house.
As id heard about children remembering past lives, i asked him who else lived in the house with him & he said his wife & 2 sons.
I asked how he died( hoping this wouldn't be a traumatic question or if he would understand) & this is what he said :-
"I was a miner down the pit, one night all the stones fell down & we couldnt get out, we tried digging away at them but there was too much. Then we just sat down together & shared out out bait (lunch boxes) & tea & somebody had a tot ( small bottle of whisky) we sang songs & talked of when we were all boys & played together & said jokes then we cried abit & laughed alot then our lamps dimmed & we all went to sleep. I wasnt scared"
By the time he finished the tears were engulfing me. I was gutted to think this sweet sweet little boy had these memories.
But by that time we'd arrived at the town & non plussed he was raring to go to the toyshop.
I told my daughter this story & we were puzzled. How could he know this? We didnt know this area, Matthew wasnt even attending school at that time to pick up any knowledge.
Matthew said a few bits more & i began to enquire about what he'd said.
It was true. In 1886 a pit disaster happened at the pit where that village was. Called the Hartley Pit. 2 dozen men were trapped & dispite long hard work the rescuers couldnt reach them, too far down they were, so they closed up that section of the mine forever. There was a man called Shanks who lived at that house with his wife & 2 sons.
We were gobsmacked! But we never explored any further for obvious reasons, we didnt want other kids knowing what Matthew said, adults even are more cruel.
By the time he was 8 he didnt remember a thing but didnt want to talk about it. Now hes 15 & laughs at us, saying he coudnt have said that stupid stuff ( as teenagers are wont to do) but really remembers nothing.
So i believe with every fibre of my being this reincarnation happens.

I believe it. My youngest son who is legally blind cried and had major nightmares about fighting in world war two. This was before the cloud...and at the time really freaked me out. He described everything to the tee about flying airplanes. He couldn't even see an airplane but he knew everything about about how to fly airplanes at 3 years old. He had nightmares of crashing and that's why he was blinded. He forgot about it all by the time he was 5. I believe the memories of a previous life passes if you don't press it.

When I was 25 I went to a psychic for the first time. She told me that I had three children, two in the physical & one in the spiritual. I looked at her confused because I had two children, not 3 .

& deep connection to him. I was in Love instantly! Then he moved & I saw his neck ! He had a tiny mole the left side of his neck!!!! Then he looked right at me & stared & I knew I just knew he was the soul of the daughter I lost!
He's three & I have such a bond with him! Sometimes I feel bad because he will cry for me & not his Mommy or my Son & there's no consoling him until I come. I can't tell you how many nights I had to go over to their house & put him to bed or calm him down, , because he only wanted me.
I have never told my daughter in law, whom I love dearly, because I wouldn't want to hurt her or my Son. I'm Mimi & he has my whole heart💙💙💙

I believe it. my mom would sometimes go on about walking about the streets of London (she was born and raised in america and has never been to the UK) in the early 1910s. she would say that she used to walk down the cobblestone streets and would always get compliments from guys about her good looks. she then went on about boarding the RMS Titanic and seeing its beautiful interior and stairs and meeting well known people at the time. one day i asked her what her name was and she said that her name was violet jessop. puzzled, i google who violet jessop was and was shocked at what i found. she was a women who was a nurse who survived three shipwrecks, one of which was the titanic).

My 8 year old daughter hasnt said anything about a past life but from the second she was born, I knew she had an old soul. Random people would come up to me and say she was an old soul. You could see it in her eyes.
And she was and still is able to do things beyond her years. So many times over the years she's done something that there's no possible way she would've known how to do it, well she did it.
