Not sure if you want to go down this route but, if you want more power for longer, get the intercooler kit for the bike (if you don't already have it). Means the bike will constantly be fed cold (dense) air which will both reduce overheating (when pushing it) and give you an overall power boost (though has the risk of making the bike marginally "lazier" when picking up the throttle).

Also, definitely gear the bike up more. With the power that thing is making (and will make) higher gears will only help the top speed.

Another thing as well, when you eventually remove the winglets (to reduce drag) make sure the bike is still stable "enough" as speed. With the winglets removed the bike will likely shake a shit ton more and feel unstable (potentially). I personally haven't run the bike through a simulated (or real) wind tunnel yet, but it would be a good idea to consider at those "alleged" speeds. You could mitigate this by either adjusting the angle on the wings (less angle = less drag but still some stability) or just creating/buying smaller winglets...

Yes never red line it till you get to top gear, it has a invisible cog that floats and the top speed will be achieved if you do it that way, I know as I have one, one other thing if you dismantle the engine and gear you can smear it with marmite and it won’t overheat and you get a nice smell !
